Hostal San Patricio - 77509 Cancún

BEDBUGS. Bad infestation, dirty room with no sheets, staff made us wait all morning to refund our money. DO NOT STAY HERE. BICHOS EN CAMA. La gente aqui no devolvieron nuestro dinero hasta hubimos esperado para toda manana - no pasas tu noche en este lugar!

The location is good near the bus station and cheap. Near restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel is almost ok has problems with the a.c.(barely blowing cold air) and the showers(more like dribbles). The fans partially work, only with the light on. For one night is ok and when you run out of options.

I didn't stay in the dorm, I stayed in private room with balcony. However traffic and music from the street was too loud. Free breakfast was a joke. More like free use of their kitchen. bring your own food and make it yourself.

If a 0 star existed, that would be the rating. First we were a given a room and we walk in and there was someone else's stuff everywhere. The guy starts to grab them swearing that the room has been cleaned. I knew for a fact it wasn't yet we stayed. Then 30 mins later we get a knock on the door with the same guy and the true owner of the room wanting their room back.. wth.. they cant even keep their rooms straight and he claimed he had only one room left yet there magically was one available for us after we got kicked out. Wash rooms are gross, sheets are gross with blood stains even though they are claimed to be washed. No hot water and ridiculously loud talking in the lobby all night and drunk karaoke singers from 12 till currently 4:30 AM behind the hostel.. idk why my dad didn't walk out but this was our stay.

Cheap, free wifi, and somewhat of a cozy bed. Typical hostel set up. They will safely store all your belongings while you are out. As for breakfast, didnt even try.

Pleasantly surprised! I walked in after getting off the ADO bus from the airport heading to my usual hotel by Mercado 28, and got a large room with 3 full size beds, bathroom, balcony, air conditioner, and ceiling fans. The price was great and although I got a shared room, no one checked in for the 5 days I was there. They allowed me to keep my personal items locked away in their storage room by the reception area, had free water/juice on the first floor and is conveniently located near the main avenue, Tulum Av. Will definitely stay again, the staff was super friendly!

DO NOT STAY HERE. it is necessary to stay in a place with AC or at least a decent fan. The AC here blows warm air I had to leave the balcony open to be able to spend the night. The place has a bad smell and it is not clean. Also the lady at front desk said there wifi but there isn’t. They have changed the name of the hotel

I never found the place, Google Maps gives one address and Booking-com another address, I walked to both of them and asked to local people about it and they didn't know it either.
