★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Real Guanajuato una gran decepción encontramos una chinche en la cama y abajo del lavamanos había lama, realmente muy mala experiencia, para acabarla los hicieron esperar varias horas para poder hablar con el gerente, y el gerente no siquiera pudo resolver el problema, terminó hablándole al dueño, algo que se podía resolver por teléfono y tuvimos que esperar aproximadamente 3 horas parados afuera del hotel
 Hotel Real Guanajuato a great disappointment we found a bed bug under the sink and there was a lama, really a very bad experience, to finish it they made them wait several hours to be able to speak with the manager, and the manager could not even solve the problem, he ended up talking to him to the owner, something that could be solved over the phone and we had to wait about 3 hours standing outside the hotel
