★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was travelling with a large group and they decided they weren't ok with the quality of the hotel. I'm not fancy so for the very cheap price I thought the rooms were reasonable and the staff handled the complaint well. For me the main issue was the small beds but if you are looking for a cheap hotel right downtown then it works great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very simple but clean everywhere. The people at the front desk were very helpful to me. My spanish isn't great but we managed a good conversation about where to go to find good street food, interesting museums and which restaurants they highly recommended. I really enjoyed my stay and will stay here again on my next trip to Guanajuato.
