This is a new building. Room and bathroom are very large. Super clean, fast wifi, nice staff, great location in front of a shopping mall with many food options. Pool area very nice and clean.

Very secure with one entrance via front desk which is always staffed. Hotel is DIRECTLY across the street from a large mall which includes McDonalds, banks, Walmart-type store with fresh produce, gym, taxi stand, and many shops.

Fantastic price/value ratio Friendly front desk (thanks Suri and team) Spacious clean modern rooms Great Aircon English TV channels via Sky (you may need to change the settings to English on the sky remote) Massive comfortable bed. Quiet location and easy parking. Free hot/cold water dispenser in reception. Nice enough pool with sunbeds and chairs 50m to Oxxo (like 7eleven) and across the street from Centro Mayo, a biggish shopping centre with a huge Soriana supermarket, McDonalds and food court. Some tips: as the hotel is not near the beach you can simply take your car and park it at Walmart Playa del Carmen (free) and walk 4 min to Quinta Avenida and 6 minutes to the beach. Alternatively plenty of parking near Quinta Avenida for 10pesos (50ct US) per hour. Lots of Covid testing stations along Quinta Avenida in case you need an Antigen or PCR Test before flying home. Prices between 400-600pesos for Antigen Test and 1800-2000pesos for PCR Test. I would stay here again without hesitation. Maybe it was my room but occasionally the internet just didn't work (it always worked in reception).

Rooms very clean. Hot water and comfortable beds. Great value of hotel. Night shift guy was not very patient and not knowledgeable of on line booking. The couple im front of me had to look for another place to stay and the guy didn't even care to turn them away. Overall good.

Good accomodations for the price. Rooms and bathrooms are big. Very good service, few amenities, just a pool. But for staying at nights it's excellent. Fully recommended

The hotel is new and clean. There is always someone in reception. The rates are very reasonable. However, there is a huge opportunity to serve guests with basic amenities like bottled water, and coffee. Leaving instructions in the rooms on how to use the TV & cable remotes would also be very helpful. It good for a 1 night stay.

Terrible place. Worse than cheaper motel. Here are just some issues I had with the stay: - Completely no noise isolation between rooms. I literally was able to hear how people in next room pee in a toilet. TV noise from other rooms as well as people voices is constant. - There was fungus on aircon blades. Aircon had problems with condensate draining. Sometimes water was leaking from it. Air from the aircon was not dry, and it smelled. Periodically aircon just stopped working and was not responding to the remote. I asked reception to fix it, but nothing has been changed. They just ignored the issue. By the end, I stopped using it. - Staff was super unprofessional and unresponsive. I asked reception to book me a taxi for the airport at 4am. When I came down at 3:55am, there was no car, and the new staff shift at the lobby was not aware of my request. It took me several attempts to ask staff to do something about that. The guy was just ignoring the issue, saying that he "texted driver but had no response". In the end, I only got a taxi at 4:30am. - Rooms were not regularly cleaned up. Some days I was returning at 5pm to my room, and it had no service and cleanup yet. The hotel is located on the main road, and you have constant noise from cars and trucks that sometimes park near the hotel.
