N	Nathan Domino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey for what you get. 60$ for a dated old worn out room. Door to the bathroom only half opens due to the sink. The beds are old but not terrible. The ac works well though. The towels smelled musty. The rooftop pool is nice. The elevator doors take 30 seconds to open. The staff is not very helpful either. Tried to find out where a mailbox would be and they directed me to an oxxo. Asked them the best place to get a covid test and they sent us to a kiosk at the dock. Asked them to order a van taxi as they saw me and my partner with six bags and they ordered a sedan taxi and we told them we would go get out own, they called another one which resulted in two angry taxis trying to make us pay them both. The location is nice but I wouldn't stay there again.
L	Leslie White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS HOTEL! I just got back. The hotel is very central in town, walking distance everywhere. The rooftop pool is a special treat too! It's great. Breakfast (free) every morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. My room was quiet, had a water view, and good a/c. The room was just perfect and for the price it's an exceptional value. I will definitely stay here again!!

AC could probably use a step up Check in was smooth an easy — booked with hotels.com prior to arrival Calling down to the front desk for extra towels there was one lady that was incredibly rude. Thought maybe because we are not native Spanish speakers but she also super rude to my local friend. Free breakfast was basic and made to order

Lots of restaurants close by, a rooftop pool, the rooms are a nice size and very clean and it's reasonably priced. They have a great made to order free breakfast to start the day off with, and they serve it from 7-11 which is great for those of us that like to sleep in. It's walking distance to the ferry with your luggage, only 2 blocks. There's a convenience store not 100 yards away and on the same block there's a woman that will wash and fold your clothes for less than $5 for a large load. They have several bars with live music within walking distance, it's well lit, we walk at night and it's safe, just watch the sidewalks, very uneven. The hotel doesn't have a refrigerator in the room but will provide one if you ask. Come catch a sunset from the rooftop pool, you won't be disappointed.

The breakfast comes with fresh fruit and good Mexican bread, but the service isn’t very good. This isn’t a hotel where you go to hang in your room. But it’s clean. There is a bar nearby that has live music some nights, so be aware. It was fine, wasn’t amazing. I’d be willing to stay there again, but it’s basic.

Also the staff who were working with the breakfast were really nice and we loved the house keeping ladies, they are so sweet and did an amazing job while we were in town. The bed is good and loved the shower. Nice pool on top with a great view and sun all day long. it's so much better then the outside of the hotel makes you believe.
