★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único bueno de ese hotel son la ubicación y los desayunos. De ahí en más nada bueno, habitaciones muy sucias y descuidadas (frigobar con hongos y comida de meses); pésimo servicio del personal; pésimo Internet (de hecho no hay Internet); No cuentan con estacionamiento.
The only good thing about that hotel are the location and the breakfasts. From then on nothing good, very dirty and neglected rooms (frigobar with mushrooms and food for months); terrible staff service; terrible Internet (in fact there is no Internet); They do not have parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Hotel, no cuentan con estacionamiento propio, tiene convenio con un aparcamiento pero te cobran 100 la noche y queda lejos de hotel, no tienen smartv el Internet es lento, tiene equipos de aire acondicionado pero no funcionan y ni que decir de un enjambre de zancudos que no te dejaran dormir. Y después de las 11 de la noche no hay recepción que te atiendan ??♂️??♂️??♂️ definitivamente no lo recomiendo. (la habitación tiene un costo de $1800.00, no lo vale)
Terrible Hotel, they do not have their own parking, they have an agreement with a car park but they charge you 100 per night and it is far from the hotel, they do not have smartv, the Internet is slow, they have air conditioning equipment but they do not work and not to mention a swarm of mosquitoes that will not let you sleep. And after 11 at night there is no reception to attend you ??♂️??♂️??♂️ I definitely do not recommend it. (the room has a cost of $ 1800.00, it is not worth it)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suites San Miguel was a great experience. I reserved all 8 rooms for my wedding. I have only one complaint about the 8th room, although I was back and fourth via email I did confirm with the hotel about wanting the 8th room but for some reason it was not reserved for my guest and I had a big problem upon check in. My guest were able to work things out and the hotel did offer not to charge for using the dining room. Besides this issue I have no complaint about the hotel, staff and the food. My family was amazed by this beautiful vintage historic hotel. Thank you Suites San Miguel for making my family's stay comfortable.
