★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena. Atendieron nuestras peticiones. Sin embargo el aire de nuestra habitación fallo y nos cambiaron de habitación 2 veces. Pero siempre nuy amables resolvieron la situacion.
El problema es que el voltaje es fluctuante en la zona.
 The attention is very good. They accommodated our requests. However the air in our room failed and we were changed rooms 2 times. But always very friendly they resolved the situation.
The problem is that the voltage is fluctuating in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones de buen tamaño, pero con mala calidad en la ropa de cama. El hotel avisa del horario de alberca para no molestar a los huéspedes, pero no lo respetan. Nos tocó soportar a un grupo de huéspedes que estaban tomando bebidas alcohólicas a la orilla de la alberca, hasta altas horas de la madrugada, y desafortunadamente todas las habitaciones están alrededor de dicha alberca. Habían celebrado una boda en el salón abierto adjunto a la alberca el día anterior a nuestra llegada y aún estaba sucio el lugar de la fiesta.
Good sized rooms but poor quality bedding. The hotel advises of the pool hours so as not to disturb the guests, but they do not respect it. We had to endure a group of guests who were drinking alcoholic beverages by the pool, until the wee hours of the morning, and unfortunately all the rooms are around said pool. They had had a wedding in the open room attached to the pool the day before we arrived and the party venue was still dirty.
