★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Una administración deficiente. El teléfono de servicio a clientes prácticamente inútil. No es recomendable en absoluto hacerse los anteojos graduados allí. Todos los trabajos los mandan a hacer a México y tardan más de 30 días en llegar. Y si por alguna razón llegan defectuosos o mal graduados son otros 30 días en arreglarlos con el riesgo de que no queden bien y otra vez se repita la historia con otros 30 días de dilación. Y si cancelas el pedido de hacen tontos con la devolución del dinero. Que no sirve el sistema, que no les ha autorizado de México, etc., etc. En el número 800 de Atención al cliente tampoco resuelven nada.
 Terrible service. Poor management. The customer service phone is practically useless. It is not recommended at all to get prescription glasses there. All jobs are sent to Mexico and take more than 30 days to arrive. And if for any reason they arrive defective or poorly graduated, it is another 30 days to fix them with the risk that they do not fit well and history repeats itself with another 30 days of delay. And if you cancel the order they make fools with the money back. That the system does not work, that it has not authorized them from Mexico, etc., etc. The customer service 800 number does not solve anything either.
