Great location for post relaxation stay after hectic few weeks in Mexico. Great pricing for what you get. Amazing facilities with pool and jumping straight into the sea. Incredible views and friendly staff. Would be back in a heartbeat

Terrible place. Noisy. Clapped out. Large dead cockroach in the shower when we arrived. Smell of sewerage in the bathroom. I can only think the management are running the place down on purpose for some financial gain. You are forced to listen to music, you can't turn it off or get away from it. The WiFi system is badly managed. Should be easily visible at reception when checking in.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at hotel B while learning to scuba dive. We came here after a string of airbnbs across Cancun and Playa, and immediately felt so relaxed we stayed here for the rest of the vacation. The real star is the hotel design. The pools are uncommonly pretty and practical, the furniture is lovely, the sunsets are gorgeous, and the ocean was pretty and full of fish (but rocky - sand lovers will prefer Cancun!) The staff were very helpful (special thanks to Santiago and Jesus!). They can call in many local services and change money, very helpful, though the on-call services were hit-and-miss for us. The restaurant is a bit pricey for the area but good. Taxis to town were very quick and cost US$4. Not sure why people are complaining about the rooms - we had one of the older (cheaper) rooms, and found it clean and comfortable. We went during a quiet period. Half the rooms were empty. It might be less relaxing and more busy at other times.

Not sure where to start. Linens were threadbare if you could get them to bring you any. Room service was non existent! The setting is great! A big pool w kids and a smaller adult pool was great until they brought out the disco thumping loud horrible music. In the middle of the day and the night before for hours. Thump, thump, thump! Everyone left the adult pool area and management could care less! What a cluster! Management appears non existent! The place has so much potential, but I will not be coming back! Breakfast was good and the wait staff is always friendly and smiling! Doesn’t help to overcome the bad!

I am struggling with this review a little bit because the facility and grounds are absolutely amazing! I found the food at the restaurant to also be pretty good. But for the two nights we were there I felt like we should have had a little bit easier stay. my original reservation was only booked for two people and I am traveling with my two teenage boys. So they asked me to pay $50 extra a night for the third person which I did was no question and apologize for the mistake in the original reservation. The room they gave us was a corner room with a very small window and ONE double bed. Yet they had just charge me an extra hundred dollars for a third person which you would think would justify another bed. The female manager at that time said that they would take care of it while we were out snorkeling and not to worry. When we got back from snorkeling their solution was to make a ‘bed’ out of the short couch that was also in this very small room by wrapping the seat cushions in sheets and adding a pillow. I brought The night manager up to the room to show that this was just simply not going to work and that I had paid $250/night for three people to have a bed. The couch was only about 4 to 5 feet long. That night manager seemed to understand our situation and discussed with the front desk for a better room. While the food is good the service is really long and so factor that in. Easily takes an hour or more to have breakfast. And sometimes it was difficult tracking down somebody for more coffee or to order food. Breakfast was free with our reservation and it was never explained to us that it only was for 2 to 3 of the breakfast meals offered on the menu. The front desk did not explain the free breakfast was limited to certain things on the menu nor did any of our servers the two days we were there so we ended up paying for our breakfast in the end. That was also disappointing

This place is really lovely and affordable! Their pool setup is awesome, they have an area you can jump in and snorkel with some small coral reef and variety of fish right as you walk of their platform. Everyone was helpful, friendly and willing to share information about anything you’d want to know about Cozumel. I would stay here again most definitely

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Spend the extra $$$ for the upgrade to B Unique. Service was first class.. Diana was an incredible host and took care all of our off property excursions and even arranged our covid test the day before leaving. She was outstanding. Thank you!

We're not super particular about perfect physical accommodations, but my wife and I totally enjoyed our time at Hotel B. We stayed in the "older" section, which, I understand, is the less expensive of the two. The many custodians, dining staff, valets etc. were pleasant and thorough in their work, and the front desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable, especially Diana, who we talked to most because she was on first shift. The hotel seemed safe, and wasn't crowded when we were there. We did not participate in the organized activities such as yoga, though I probably would have if I was there alone. The view from our room (we were on second floor) was wonderful. There was more wind than usual so that limited the amount of time we spent swimming in the ocean. There is an artificially created "beach," but it's not right next to the water. There's a rocky shore, so you have to go down a ladder, or a stairway, to access the ocean. I saw one person doing laps in one of the pools, but other than that the pools were more for sitting in, if the weather is warm enough to enjoy the cool water. There is a "hot" tub right next to the rocky shore... but not actually "hot" enough for me. If you have more questions feel free to ask.
