K	Karen Trujillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se encuentra en la calle de atrás del Chedraui, es súper fácil salir de ahí al centro, playa la entrega, el centro de santa cruz está a 10 minutos, el personal es muy atento y amable. Nos dejaban calentar las mamilas de mi bebé, nos ayudaban a pedir el taxi, tienen servicio externo de lavandería, tienen conexión con un servicio de tours, nos recomendaron restaurantes muy ricos para comer. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero la que nos dieron tenía balcón y eso estuvo bonito. La alberca es grande, con chapoteadero adjunto y tienen mesas y tumbonas al rededor pero le falta un poco de mantenimiento al piso y paredes de la alberca It is located on the back street of the Chedraui, it is super easy to go from there to the center, the delivery beach, the center of Santa Cruz is 10 minutes away, the staff is very attentive and friendly. They let us warm my baby's bottles, they helped us to order a taxi, they have an external laundry service, they have a connection with a tour service, they recommended us very tasty restaurants to eat. The rooms are simple but the one we got had a balcony and that was nice. The pool is large, with an attached wading pool and they have tables and loungers around it, but the floor and walls of the pool lack a little maintenance.

Y está ubicado en una muy buena zona, todo está accesible!! Y si tienen niños tienen una alberca que cumple. Por todo eso les doy 4 estrellitas. Very kind in their treatment, if they come as a tourist it is very good, just what is needed to rest and continue walking. It is a cheap but good hotel. And it is located in a very good area, everything is accessible! And if they have children they have a pool that meets. For all that I give them 4 stars.

They took care of my laundry, went out and ran errands for me, brought me food, and hooked up with tours at discounted price. They are there to help their guests. Rooms are clean, and housekeeping does an excellent job. Pool is nice and clean too. AC will blow snowballs. I have no complaints about this place..

They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was wonderful! We left our room a mess (being on vacation, we had stuff everywhere) and came back to our room freshly cleaned and organized! The front desk staff ordered us food and they even went and picked it up. We had tons of dirty laundry and they took it to the cleaners and it was washed and folded. Overall, it was one of the best experiences we have had. If you're looking for a great place to stay with excellent service, I highly recommend!
