La limpieza es buena pero si hubo un detalle en la regadera del baño de nuestra cabaña Kay Nicté. We loved staying at the cenote san ignacio boutique hotel, we really enjoyed dinner and breakfast, the cenote is beautiful especially at night because the reflection of the cavern is more noticeable, Access can be somewhat confusing but since we know for sure that the next time it will be much easier. Cleaning is good but there was a detail in the shower in the bathroom of our Kay Nicté cabin.

El cenote está divinamente conservado, cuenta con dos horarios el nocturno que es lo más lindo y el diurno. Es necesario que te des una ducha antes de entrar para evitar dejar residuos en el agua y recordar no dejar basura. También cuenta con cabañas tipo maya que son super acogedoras. Así que si quieres pasar el día este es un lugar ideal. En la noche puedes acceder al cenote de noche exclusivo para los huéspedes y eso fue padrisimo. The cabins are nice and quiet but the pool is shared with many families who come alone to the cenote and it can get crowded and noisy. At night you can access the cenote at night exclusively for guests and that was great.

Although a little pricey for Mexico, once you're there, you'll understand what a value and such a unique experience you'll receive.
