Un hotel diferente en Mahahual sobre la avenida muy cerca del puerto de cruceros. Cuenta con una alberca increíble que te hará pasar un rato por la tarde tomando una cerveza fría. Todo el hotel es nuevo y las habitaciones tienen un espacio agradable con regaderas con excelente presión de agua. Muy recomendable!

Hotel familiar, con un excelente trato y servicio. Muy buena ubicación. Los domingos por 200 pesos tienen un buffet libre de diferentes comidas mexicanas hasta las 2 de la tarde. El precio incluye uso de la piscina y sus hamacas ideales para pasar un buen rato de relax. Totalmente recomendable ?☑️

Las habitaciones estaban muy bien y eran muy bonitas pero el desayuno... Nos teníamos que ir hasta la playa y desayunar allí. En el desayuno había poca variedad.

La limpieza es mínima, demasiado polvo, en el hotel vive un perro y duerme en los sillones y deja lleno de pelos, las habitaciones son muy rústicas y sin terminar en acabados, no hay wifi, no hay agua caliente, el ambiente dentro del hotel nada que ver con las fotografías que muestran, sinceramente muy descuidado el lugar deberían de poner más cuidado en lo que venden, nada recomendable.

This hotel is an excellent location for your holidays in Mahahual: clean, pretty, with all the confort you need. The hoster is a very nice person and will recommand you the best tacos in town! Even if it is not located in the very center, we could use the bike from the hotel which improve even better our experience there. I definitely recommand it.

To avoid absolutely. Abyssal difference between photos / comments on the internet and reality. At the beginning of January, the hotel remained open despite major works: extension and elevation of the existing buildings. Arrival at the reception: dirty floor, things lying around in every corner, dog barking somewhat aggressively at customers. In the restaurant part: dirty kitchen, leftover food on plates abandoned in full view of customers. Arrival in the room: no tv, no hangers, questionable cleanliness of the floor, floor of the balcony in raw and dirty concrete, view of the construction work on the building next door, noisy work (fortunately not at night), taps from the shower all rusty, wifi not working, ceiling light with burnt out bulb. And no hot water! The hotel is located in a remote area of ​​Mahahual, 10 minutes by taxi from the center, close to the pier area for the cruise ships that dock at Mahahual: when we wanted to go out in the evening for dinner we asked to the receptionist that she calls us a taxi, she replied that she did not have a number and that we would have to manage, we had to walk on the road before we found a taxi passing by by chance. Zero service. The highlight of the show: the next morning a small snake crawling inside the hotel along the fence that separates the building from the restaurant terrace. We were supposed to stay there for 3 nights, we fled the next day, we only stayed there for one night as the experience was so unpleasant. Two months later we are still waiting for the reimbursement of the nights paid but canceled, the owner turns a deaf ear to our repeated messages.
