★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio malo el hotel no está preparado para grupos grandes yo rente 25 abitaciones y toda mi estancia no tuvimos agua ni para el sanitario la gente que lo atiende sin educación todo mundo se echa la bolita y nadie da solución ganas volveré a pisar ese lugar de mala muerte

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y atención, único detalle desagradable estamos acostumbrados a venir y vivir la fiesta, no los gusto que cierran alberca a las 9 pm. Y mucho menos nos prohíban escuchar música... Eso es fatal, lo peor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me pareció que las camas son muy duras y no hay agua caliente en gran parte del día(o por lo menos en mi habitación) los precios son bastante económicos y la ubicación queda muy bien pues la playa está a dos cuadras

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El aire no sirvió durante mis 6 días de estancia, no te dejan ingresar tu comida en la "área común de alberca" casi te exige consumir en su restaurante y el encargado primero dice q hasta la 10 es el uso de la alberca y después te dicen q era hasta las 9, si buscas un lugar para pasarla bien y olvidarte del estrés, busca otra opción x q aquí te estresaras más

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un excelente hotel a la cercanía de la playa, la atención es muy buena y las habitaciones están muy limpias y cuidadas el único detalle fue que el elevador "no servía" y mi habitación estaba hasta el último piso y era un martirio subir y bajar, la piscina está limpia y tiene horario de 9 de la mañana a 9 de la noche, los pasillos no tienen ningún estorbo y cuentan con iluminación por movimiento, las camaristas siempre están uniformadas y son muy amables.
Otra de las ventajas es la ubicación ya que está cerca un soriana y a una cuadra la playa.
No se puede tomar en el área de la piscina pero no ponen peros por la comida en las habitaciones o las bebidas que uno meta mientras no tengas musica a alto volumen.
En general la experiencia fue muy buena y siempre había agua en la regadera y televisión un muy buen lugar para hospedar.
