★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iba con dos personas de la comunidad y nos pidieron que nos retiráramos a pesar de que dijimos que íbamos a consumir en un momento más, al pedir la cuenta de solo una agua me pidieron pararme a pagarla, la botella estaba sin tocar, y la dejamos ahí. Mis acompañantes y yo nos sentimos totalmente discriminadas, sus miradas y cuchilleros frente a nosotras fue más pésimo aún.
I went with two people from the community and they asked us to retire even though we said that we were going to consume in a moment more, when asking for the account of only one water they asked me to stop to pay for it, the bottle was untouched, and we left it there. My companions and I felt totally discriminated against, their looks and knives in front of us was even lousier.

Desde la atención de la encargada, así como la que está en recepción llamada Melissa, les falta ser amables con los clientes, son muy descortés,lejos de disculparse contradicen al cliente y eso no es lo correcto. Llegamos al hotel a las 2:00 p.m
Y la habitación estaba sin arreglarse salimos y regresamos a las 6:pm y seguía igual la habitación bajé a recepción y la chica llamada Melissa en vez de disculparse, se puso a mencionar que la habitación estaba bien lo cual no era verdad. Así que esperamos otra hora para que fueran a limpiarla después de decirle varias veces que no estaba limpia.
Hubo otras incidencias pero solo doy la queja principal. La encargada tambien mostró mala actitud. Deben mejorar el trato con el cliente.
I did not like the attention at all, and I would not recommend it. From the attention of the manager, as well as the one at the reception called Melissa, they lack being kind to the clients, they are very rude, far from apologizing they contradict the client and that is not correct. We arrive at the hotel at 2:00 p.m.
And the room was not fixed, we left and returned at 6: pm and the room was still the same. I went down to reception and the girl named Melissa, instead of apologizing, began to mention that the room was fine, which was not true. So we waited another hour for them to clean it after telling him several times that it wasn't clean.
There were other incidents but I only give the main complaint. The manager also showed a bad attitude. They need to improve customer service.
