The Worst Place Stayed Ever!!!!

The room is Ok, service Ok, location so - so..

Wi-Fi is okay, rooms are okay as well, would recommend if staying overnight.

Not cool at all no wifi, leak in restroom, toilets weren't working had to remove top and mess with it just to make it fill up again to flush, no food included overpriced, guess due to tourism. I say it's overpriced because I stayed in 4 star hotels in monterrey Nuevo Leon at 1027mxn the night, and it was great like a holiday Inn. Wifi clean rooms nice view pool and everything u would want in a hotel food included. I'm talking about hotel istay. Here its 950 a night. It sucked really. Pool is dirty and it's like 1 ft deep basically for kids I guess. Parking is so small. No security whatsoever. There was a few tourists from other parts of Mexico drunk as he'll on the floor talking smack, and nobody said anything. Do not recommend whatsoever. Oh one last thing I had a TV from the 90s and literally u had to mess with the antena to get color, even so it was blurry not even digital. Sucks service.

Great location to get to the cascadas in walking distance. Just right around the corner is a little cafe / Gordita stand. The locals were so sweet and helpful. Great WiFi signal and clean area to stay in .

Good place to stay, 3ft pool, but no loud music after 10pm no Alchohol on the pool, over all one of the best hotels that can be seen in the area.
