R	Rod Bush on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse place l have stayed in,wouldn't sent crimals to this dump.The best thing about this hotel is sorry can't thing of anything. Tried to sleep but dogs barking ,loud talking,tv loud , dripping water and whistling to the early hours. Bathroom a joke toilet too close to the wall , sat sideways l am not a big person. Took 22 minutes for the toilet to refill empty toilet paper holder just a empty cardboard tube. Best advice knock it down and start again or keep animals in LAST OF ALL DO NOT TAKE ROOMS 4
R	Ron Hamblin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inexpensive, close to food, convenience store, and 5 min walk to beach. However, if you want clean floors, and showers I would look elsewhere. Lots of hair all over floors and especially in shower, breakfast consists of toast, coffee, and juice. Next time I'm going back to Casa Valero.
C	Caterina Pavesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ratio price/quality is ok but they should try to improve breakfast and Wi-Fi. The staff was always kind to us but they all don't seem very professional. Be prepared to some music in the evening coming from a bar nearby!
B	Benjamin Lalonde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favour and do not go there. It is utterly noisy (on nights music band, on morning building under construction aside). Also, there is rooms without windows or if you are lucky windows by the corridor. Worst hôtel of our 2 month trip.

We weren’t looking for luxury with one of the ridiculously priced resort hotels, just a room closer to the beach than in town with air conditioning. This place was perfect for just that. Has a tv with tons of channels some English which is nice. Water in the shower was hot too!
L	Leticia Palmero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place what a horrible experience. The room itself its claustrophobic, and it smelled. Shower pressure is horrible. Until there okay, but when it came to sleep we couldn't, the room is so bad isolated a band that was playing in the restaurant behind you would think was in the room. No one told us on the check in about it. When we said we wanted to go somewhere else as was impossible to sleep the receptionist didn't care at all to give us a refund. So we had to stay. Beds aren't bad at all.so we got to sleep a bit until 7am when a construction starts right by the room. Again no one told us about it. Just horrible experience after all.
A	Ana Marcano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple and clean, Ramiro was very nice and helpful. Good location, close to most restaurants , convinience stores and the biggest supermarket. Nothing fancy, but all works well, hot water doesn't run out, the air conditioner cools the room perfectly, it gets to the cold side even, a terrace on the top floor. The only downsides: for those who have trouble sleeping with noise, the bars that are closeby, which stop their music at midnight, are very loud; I would have liked an extra sheet or blanket. Everything else is good.

Anyhow, I tried to book again in the morning (just to avoid the hassle of moving) but they wanted to raise my rate two hundred pesos. It's not a ton of money but being treated that way as a customer wanting to give repeat business puts a bad taste in my mouth. Especially after packing suitcase and bags up a couple flights of stairs for a less than mediocre room... So i left and found a place down the street even cheaper, much nicer and cleaner with a pool. I wouldn't recommend staying here - there are better places in town where you'll be more welcome. When I left I saw they still had empty rooms. Lol Sometimes I end up living at a hotel for months if I'm treated well, so their loss...
