After reporting the theft, the front desk acted as if they were shocked and said that it never happened in the hotel. Looking at the comments, we can see that this is not the first time. Dishonest people - avoid
S	Sandra Lothaire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID!! Money "disappeared" from our room after the cleaning lady came to clean it. It obviously has been stolen. We have been told that it was the first time. I haven't seen the comments here before but now I can see that it's not the case. No solution has been found, no refund, not even a part of it. Worst way to start the vacation on Mexico. DON'T GO, don't get fooled by those thieves!
P	Peter Benesch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large rooms. Kitchenette. More of a condo type rental than a hotel. Nice rooftop pool. Excellent location on the main drag. Had a problem with the door lock which was fixed promptly. Safe is too small for a laptop or ipad so that could be improved. Fyi.
D	DMX007 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were all very clean and large, the internet was very poor for our requirements (ping over 500ms) The internet connection and price was too expensive for what you get. There were a lot of algae and in some places it was very smelly, hardly bearable.

Everything was clean and comfortable, good TV! Ideal location, directly in the centre! The AC could have been a bit stronger because there was a lot of humidity in the room. Hotel is quite easily accessible by outsiders which makes it a bit less secure.
