★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar cómodo para pasar tus vacaciones, se encuentra muy cerca de la playa así que puedes ir caminando, el personal es muy amable y en general es muy tranquilo. Me gusto que en la habitación había un frigobar??
 A comfortable place to spend your vacation, it is very close to the beach so you can walk, the staff is very friendly and in general it is very quiet. I liked that there was a fridge in the room??

It is a nice and simple place, good attention, very close to the beach, it just needs to have a screen and cafeteria service, otherwise, very good! If I would go back again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a delightful stay with Casa Bigu. We stayed there for one week. The staff are so sweet and always went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The location was perfect. It’s a one-maybe-two minute walk from the beach! It’s also very close to many great food and drink options. We were very sad to leave!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my experience here! To get a better deal, go directly through the hotel in WhatsApp or just show up. The location was perfect! 1 block to beach access, quiet, comfortable, super clean!!! And close to a lot of lovely (more affordable than la punta & zicatela hotel zone) restaurants. There is a small pool to cool off in and lovely garden area to relax in. It's only 40-50 pesos in either direction to the center or La Punta. Highly recommend this if you're not a regular surfer and prefer less chaos. I met more expats & locals in this area too. Much better than the "yuppies" of Zica hotel zone & dirty hippies of La Punta. It's sad to see how much Puerto is turning into an even douchier version of Tulum.
