Cuando llegué al sitio "en la noche", toqué, marqué muchas veces... Y nada. Nadie contestó mis llamadas y mucho menos me recibieron. ¿Se imaginan llegar a otro estado sin tener un lugar en dónde hospedarse y pasar la noche? Fue una experiencia muy desagradable. Tengan cuidado y aseguren su reservación ⚠️ Terrible customer service.⚠️ This Monday I made a reservation, I notified the receptionist that I would arrive at night and they told me no problem, that they would be attentive to my arrival. When I got to the site "at night", I knocked, I dialed many times... And nothing. Nobody answered my calls, much less received me. La decoración es muy mexicana y colorida, tanto en sus áreas públicas como habitaciones, el área de alberca es muy cómoda y siempre se agradece poder entrar a un vapor. El personal es muy amable y siempre están al pendiente de mantenerte consentido. El único punto a mejorar es la dureza de la cama, que no es incomoda, pero quizás no es para todos. It is a very cozy hotel, it is located next to a nursery so it is a very fresh space full of life. The decoration is very Mexican and colorful, both in its public areas and rooms, the pool area is very comfortable and it is always appreciated to be able to enter a steamboat. The staff is very friendly and they are always on the lookout to keep you pampered. The only point to improve is the hardness of the bed, which is not uncomfortable, but perhaps not for everyone.

Staff is super friendly and is constantly checking in and taking care of the host’s needs. With only 5 rooms a very nice pool and a spa area offering massages. Hotel is clean and well decorated. A nice highlight is that the staff doesn’t allow loud music. This is the perfect place if you want to have a quiet nice rest.
