A cute little hotel right in the middle of El Centro with very affordable rates. Ana is a wonderful host and she speaks very good English. A/C worked great, TV had 1 or 2 English channels, WiFi was on-and-off in the room but worked well in the lobby and by the pool. No fridge, but they'll lend you a cooler and ice is available at OXXO. Rooftop area with hammocks usually has a welcome breeze. Within walking distance of the beach, the markets, and restaurants. Taxis and buses available everywhere. The usual noise level of a Mexican street quiets down in the evening and is mostly gone by about 10 p.m.

An oasis of calm in the centre of Zihuatanejo. Quite possibly the best maintained hotel I have ever been in. The owners are constantly trying to make this hotel better and respond immediately to any concerns customers may have. The vast number of returning clients that increases yearly speaks to the quality of this small downtown posada. Some of the rooms may be small but the amount of outdoor space is adequate compensation. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, friendly and safe. This is a great place for those tourists and travellers who want to make that first step out of the cloistered package holiday scene and start to explore what the wonderful country of Mexico has to offer.

This is an amazing place, helpfully staff, the pool was clean, AC in each room clean and spacious. I recommend this place. The breakfast included is light but will help you start the day una good mood. Really recommended.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are amazing and so helpful. You can smoke on your balcony, top deck, around the pool and near lobby. The breakfast is fine consisting of tea,coffee,juices,milk, cereal, toast and jam, pastries, assorted fruits. Drinking water available for free. Very secure with front desk staff on 24/7. Although there is no safe in room we left passports and exit visas with front desk which was put away safely. We have nothing negative to say. The location is great, right within the Mexican Mercado and a 10min walk to the beach and waterfront. Many restaurants, banks with ATM within blocks. We used the Santander ATM just down the street as you can get 9000 pesos max for a 38 peso fee and detailed receipt. Special thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay, we would highly recommend.

Very cozy and friendly hotel on a great location. Near the market and next to the mini busses which bring you to the best locations. The hotel looks very cute and pretty even more than it looks on the pictures. It has a lot of comfort places like a little pool and a relaxing rooftop garden and the wifi is very good. The rooms are nice and comfy, you have everything you need and the breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we had a wonderful time and we will go back for sure.
