★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros
Great hospitality. All the staff were always very polite and helpful. Specially Luis Echeverria who was an amazing receptionist and helped us with everything we needed.
The hotel is very clean and you see the staff cleaning daily.
Daily cleaning of the rooms and daily clean towels.
Daily good quality bio amenities: soap, liquid soap and shampoo
A/C in the rooms and tv
Closet and hangers
Bathrooms with enough space
Breakfast buffet. Continental: yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, fruit, bread, cheese and jam.
Free potable water. They give you two bottles when you arrive and you can refill them as much as you need to avoid plastic waste.
5 minutes walking from the beach and 30 minutes walking from the pier
Structure and furniture is new and well kept.
Good matress and pillows
Cons
Wifi never worked (I think is something common in all the island)
Breakfast can be improved with more protein like eggs.
Bed is not too big. Maybe a problem for big people. We are thin and slept ok.
The pipes smell a little bad sometimes.
Water pressure very low
In general, perfect stay and amazing hospitality, which I value the most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel.has disappointed us in terms of value for.money. The location is indeed 400m to the beach, but rooms are small, so are the beds (and short, my husband's legs were sticking out). The service guys were friendly, but there is nothing special here. A/C was not working half of the time and when it did it's either super cold/loud mode straight on your head or off. You can do better for a similar or lower price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We not even stayed one night!!!!
When we arrived, the receptionist ignored us for about 10 minutes while he was looking through the booking reservations. The room was small, really small, we weren’t even able to open a normal size suitcase nor to hang up our staff because there wasn’t enough space or surfaces.
The bathroom looked very used, the shower curtain was dirty, the shower itself didn’t work properly, the sink and it surroundings leaked.
The rooftop didn’t look as advertised, there were just two hammocks and one of them was broken (it literally had a big hole in it). When we confronted the receptionist he told us the “bar” is closed due to “renovations”.
It’s heavily overprized for this interior.
We found a cheaper and better looking hotel the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a good price, fresh linen, beach towel, comfy beds and wonderful staff, Casimir was amazing, he made us feel welcome from the start. You can choose breakfast included on your reservation it will save you some time in the morning before your beach day or activities. I will absolutely recommend Casa Kuka, they are constantly finding ways to make their guests feel at home away from home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is great, simple but had the amenities we needed. Everything was very clean and the staff very helpful. The location is good, close to the beach and also close to centro but far enough from the noisy nights there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location was perfect for the event I attended (weeding) and a two-minute walk to the beach. The rooms were nice, clean, and with lovely details of handmade toilet-paper flowers.
The staff, in general, was very nice and customer service oriented, Fernanda at the front desk did really make a difference for me and other friends that were staying as well in the hotel, welcoming us at arrival and throughout our stay.
The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because the Wifi was not available in the rooms, it was only available in the lobby and the restaurant. It was not a deal-breaker because I have international data with my cell provider (Google-Fi) but wifi will help with the amount of international data being used.
The near the hotel was beautiful quiet you can also walk a few more minutes towards the busy area where some bars and restaurants are located if you like it busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel and staff. Very good value for money. Fans and air con options in the rooms. Best shower we’ve had so far in Mexico - powerful and hot!!
Ignore the comments about wifi - the whole island suffers with poor internet connectivity especially during peak times.
