El personal es muy amable y amigable, se encuentra cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y lo más importante, la playa. Si buscan algo cómodo, tranquilo y limpio lo recomiendo al 100 % Volveriamos sin pensarlo dos veces a éste hotel. We were truly delighted with the hotel, first-rate facilities, first-rate cleanliness, excellent amenities and amenities. The staff is very kind and friendly, it is located close to shops, restaurants and most importantly, the beach. If you are looking for something comfortable, quiet and clean I recommend it 100% We would return without a second thought to this hotel.

A	Alberto Montero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspectos positivos: la ubicación, las almohadas, agua de garrafón (cuando se les antoja ponerla). Negativos: en recepción rozan lo hostil. Antes de venir nos dijeron que podíamos pagar con tarjeta con una comisión extra, al llegar nos exigieron el pago en efectivo por motivos técnicos. El baño está lleno de hormigas. El aire acondicionado chorreaba agua las pocas veces que lo llegamos a usar, la presión del agua en la regadera es escasa. Hubo un par de días que no pudimos bañarnos por un problema del agua en la isla, pero no se nos avisó cuando el personal tuvo la ocasión de hacerlo. Ponen música muy fuerte para “ambientar” a partir de las 8 de la mañana (hay quienes en vacaciones preferimos descansar y despertarnos a nuestra manera, no al son de música innecesaria y gritos del personal por la mañana). Por otro lado, es importante recalcar para aquellas personas preocupadas por el COVID-19 que en ningún momento el personal usa cubrebocas, ni siquiera al estar encerrados en la minúscula recepción si ventilación con la mujer que recibe a los huéspedes. En general, este alojamiento tiene un aire más bien de hostal para jóvenes y no cumple con las características de un hotel de 3 estrellas. Optamos por extender nuestra estancia en la isla porque es magnífica, pero decidimos prescindir de este lugar e ir a “Villas Tiburón”, que por un precio moderadamente más alto conseguimos un alojamiento excelente que no tiene comparación con este. En definitiva, no recomiendo “la casa del capi”. Positive aspects: the location, the pillows, jug water (when they feel like putting it on). Negatives: in reception they border on the hostile. Before coming they told us that we could pay by card with an extra commission, upon arrival they demanded payment in cash for technical reasons. The bathroom is full of ants. The air conditioning dripped water the few times we got to use it, the water pressure in the shower is low. There were a couple of days that we couldn't swim due to a problem with the water on the island, but we were not told when the staff had the opportunity to do so. They play very loud music to "ambience" from 8 in the morning (there are those who on vacation prefer to rest and wake up in our own way, not to the sound of unnecessary music and shouts from the staff in the morning). On the other hand, it is important to emphasize for those people concerned about COVID-19 that at no time do the staff wear a mask, not even when they are locked in the tiny unventilated reception with the woman who receives guests. In general, this accommodation has more of a youth hostel feel and does not meet the characteristics of a 3-star hotel. We opted to extend our stay on the island because it is magnificent, but we decided to skip this place and go to “Villas Tiburón”, which for a moderately higher price we got excellent accommodation that is unmatched. In short, I do not recommend "la casa del capi".

Many hotels offer lower rates for single occupancy, which is only normal. I got a very rude answer, telling me I was cheap and should go to a hostel! Here's an example: "We don't want guests like you in our hotel, troubled by what they are going to pay, and they haven't even arrived at the hotel and are already complaining.". So single travelers, you've been warned ;)
