N	Nathalie Srkr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is new and very nice. From the outside and the inside. The Staff ist very freindly and also helpful. We stayed here 3 nights and would stay more! Definetly the best Hotel in bacalar!! Totally recommend it.

Breakfast not brilliant, coffee dire but there are plenty of places nearby that serve good coffee and excellent breakfasts. Good location; Close to the lagoon and restaurants.

c	collins lidédé on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Casa Lima is fairly New. It's at an awesome location with everything at a walking distance. The town square is a minute walk away. You will get everything you need there. The hotel offers free refreshments at the front desk. There is a couch there to sit and relax after a long walk. front desk is super helpful and will provide info on what to explore around the area and any tour company packages available if you want to explore the lagoons. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bacalar.

J	Jack Tokarz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice hotel situated in a great spot downtown. The rooms are like little caves in the best way - you feel safe and cool inside the stone walls. The breakfast is simply fresh fruit, toast and coffee. There was some construction while we stayed there which was loud. But the concierge was friendly and told us about places to visit or tours to book in the area.

It wasn't the biggest or most expensive hotel I stayed in but it's one of those that gives you a memory you just can't forget. Felt super secure, close to everything, they lend you bicycles to explore the city and they take extremely good care of their customers. I felt like a part of the family!

We decided to pay for additional omelet, which was very tasty. Owner was awesome with all the advices and tips – he made our stay there. If we wouldn’t have different plans, we would have stayed there longer.
