Hotel Casa Primavera - 37700 San Miguel de Allende

The place is clean, service is great, and rooms are spacious. Food is varied and delicious at the Hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, the weather is not appealing to get into the room temperature pool, first flaw. Second, I cannot give them a four star because last night I had to wait for the people on the second floor to stop their knocking, tapping, walking, and furniture dragging until 10:30PM; even when I talked to the very kind person at front desk. I really thought that the first floor was the best option for my 21-month toddler! Lastly, I cannot give them a three-star because the furniture dragging, tapping, knocking, and walking woke me up at 5:30AM! It reminded me of the roofing repairs that recently happened at my school site. In conclusion, we came to meet a new place, and we need to rest. I teach in a first floor classroom, I endure all the noises every workday. Why do I have to be reminded of my job during my vacation time? I was nice at giving two stars? Perhaps, too unfortunate to have the room 103? It is Jan 2nd, 2020 @ 6:01AM. The noise has stopped!

Me and my family were very excited to stay at this hotel until we actually stayed arrived. There was mold growing on the shower curtain, blood on the wall by the sink and what looked like poop/ throw up right next to the toilet. And after requesting maid services everything was the same. Which made me question just how “clean” the room actually was. The staff was nice though. But definitely not staying here again.

This hotel is pretty good, I would say. I’ve stayed here two times for business, so I don’t really know if the standard room rates are within the range you want to spend around here. That is something you might want to check. Rooms are nice and spacious. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is good as well. The biggest down side is its distance to the town. It would take you approx. 25 to 30 minutes to get to the town center and the roads are pretty steep. Also the rooms have no AC.

I really like this nice styled Hotel with friendly staff, huge rooms, comfy and cosy beds, chimney for colder evenings and always tasty breakfast with fresh fruits. I've been about 10 times or more there and will of course return. Special thanks for the reliable shuttle service! Ask for improvement? The coffee taste could improve...

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and for the most part it was very pleasant. The staff, especially Gabriel, Laura and Luz gave us exceptional service ! The facilities are very clean, the rooms are spacious and quiet. My only suggestion is to have a better breakfast in the restaurant. Other than than it’s was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Stumbled to this beautiful very cozy Hotel. We drove into San Miguel Allende looking for a hotel, after navigating thru the narrow streets, some rooms were $1,300 dollars 5 star. Other look more like hostile rooms. We drove back to the entrance and saw Hotel Casa Primavera. I kid you not, the pictures that are posted won’t show the beautiful inside of this Hotel highly recommend it, $100 dollars a night! We are getting a taxi to takes us into town, to avoid the driving.
