★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4.5 out of 5. Very nice hotel in a great location 1 block from city central and cathedral plaza. Freshly remodeled rooms and a new owner (per staff). Newer HVAC and TVs. Ability to switch channels from Spanish to English was greatly appreciated for NCAA football final. Staff English a bit lacking but able to communicate OK. No food or restaurant but many choices in the 1-3 block range. Over all very comfortable place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was nice and clean, water pressure in the shower was good, AC worked perfectly. Front desk was nice. Only cons of note were the slight stuffiness of the room and the fact that it's shaped like a hotel but built like a motel. There's a side access to the outside in addition to the front desk, so it feels mostly safe but not as safe as a fully closed hotel would feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were bedbugs in our room. When we told the receptionists about this serious problem, they seemed to respond quite chilled. They gave us another room, but when we looked down on the bed i already saw a bed bug. In total, we booked for four nights, slept only two in the hotel, and got a refund for one night only. The receptionists didn't speak english, and when we wanted to talk to the manager(who could speak English), this was not possible. They were also laughing when they checked the room. They were definitely there, i even showed them a video. For us it was a horrible experience, and we wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

The staff didnt speak english but we could still communicate using google translate.
The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. No coffee in room, hot water was not guaranteed in the shower. Room walls are not noise proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. The room is boring and awful. We can hear everything from the next room. The air conditioner doesn’t work and there is constantly a bad smell in the room, I don’t know from where. We asked for the cleaning but when we came back the room wasn’t cleaned ☹️ it’s unbelievable!! The receptionist can’t speak English and doing zero effort to make us feel better under such situation. You may think it’s a nice one because of the location, but I seriously don’t recommend this place.
