★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my stay at Hotel Central. The rooms are huge, very clean with fresh towels and toiletries. It is very quite even though in central location. Coffee and biscuits complimentary for gueasts available all day. Staff are very attentive and smiley. I would not hesitate to stay again. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean rooms and amazing staff. We got to meet the owner who is a very pleasant lady that truly cares about guest’s experience. Despite somewhat non-attractive photos of the room, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. Great money/value option, so 5 star review is well earned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for convenience as it is literally right next door to the bus station Hotel Central Station Tulum ticked all our boxes. Very central location convenient for nightlife, shops and transport. It is clean, very comfortable and the staff could not be friendlier. I asked on arrival if the noise of busses at night would be an issue and was provided with two sets of earplugs that weren't needed, wasn't an issue. The fresh brewed coffee offered with a smile each morning was also an added bonus. Oh and the rooms are huge as well as immaculate. WiFi was also decent. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the budget conscious, this is a great little hotel. The rooms are very spacious and the staff are very friendly. They help you with your bags and they have coffee and cookies in the mornings. I travel to Tulum alot and having this right next door to ADO is such a huge plus. It's also very quiet because the building opens up sideways so it's not actually facing the street. Extremely convenient and good value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly one of the best places I've stayed. The staff were SO friendly. Gave us fresh towel for the beach every day. Gave us free bottled water. Free coffee and snacks in the morning. Clean room every day. Kept our bags safe after check out. Comfortable room and PERFECT location. We were worried as it was right at the bus stop but you couldn't hear a thing from the rooms. Perfect location.
