What a big surprise this hotel! So nice!!!

This hotel is one of the best hitels i've ever been, the common area is amazing, it have a library, a lot of beautiful decoration and even a piano, i really liked to be in this hotel

Comfortable room very clean, friendly bilingual staff. Unique style. Not a franchise which on my book is a plus.

There are some pretty paints. The service quality is as good as I expected or even more. The restaurant's food was delicious and the chef asked us for our opinion.

Well, my booking was based on the Petrof piano located in the lobby, such an amazing piano to be played. In addition, the lobby is the most beautiful area in the place, it has a library on it, a cozy restaurant, and a lot of old-fashioned fancy furniture. Staff is really helpful and warm, they do wear masks for COVID regulations. My room was cleaned BUT the carpet had this not-that-good smell so I would love to say that they had an urgent need for fixing that aspect. Nevertheless, the bathroom was good, sheets in the bed were fair but since there is a cold weather I will suggest asking for extra blankets in order to cover against cold by the night. Smart TV was good, but it was not that big, and lightning was fair. Overall I rate this with 4 stars out of 5. It was a nice stay

Overrated hotel based on my experience. They make some new rules during check-in that are not given during online booking and call them hotel policy. Very guest friendly behaviour! Even you need to fill in redundant papers during check-in process. 4 star service… The kingsize bedroom does partially not look like on the pictures on booking(dot)com. Bathroom/shower is 1 star. Some furniture is broken, feels like bulky waste. You get a shabby room that needs maintenance and has mould in the cabinet. As well as used water bottles. It’s not even clean, a lot of old dust and hairs from other people everywhere. Come on, cleaning is not rocket science! Bed linen was clean even the pillows. Small window with a light shaft where all the aircons are mounted. Security locks on the door can not be used as the door is warped. No house keeping is provided, you have to ask for toilet paper at the reception desk. Their discounted prices looks a kind of realistic for what you get. Causal hotel where the atrium is not setting the standard, it‘s promissimg something you will not get. Nevertheless good located not far from the city center. ADO terminal is a short 45$ taxi ride.
