Buen personal pero exceso en el precio comparado a su calidad, no lo vale. The price is high for the quality of the hotel. The fan is not enough to cover the air required to keep the room cool. Good staff but excess in price compared to its quality, it is not worth it.

Excellent attention, the children have a lot of fun in their pool, everything is clean, an area to grill your meat and they always help you with everything. Super kind: Cynthia at the reception, infinite thanks, the guy who takes care of the night, the maintenance man and the cleaners ? We will be back !! And the cherry: they are pet friendly ??? ♥ ️?
C	Connie Ramos Campa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca hubo agua caliente, no ha en la limpieza de.las habitaciones ni de.los pasillos y patios, aumentaron el precio de la habitación y jamás te preguntan cómo te sientes, y me.imagino que es por qué saben el mal servicio que dan y note dan toallas limpias hay que ir a buscarlos. There was never hot water, there was no cleaning of the rooms or of the corridors and patios, they increased the price of the room and they never ask how you feel, and I imagine it is because they know the bad service they give and note they give clean towels you have to go get them.

La atención de recepción muy agradable y la alberca muy buen lugar para pasar el rato. El hotel muy cerca de mercado Benito Juarez... un poco retirado de la playa. The walls of the hotel are very dirty, the internet does not reach the entire hotel (I had a room with no internet signal), I stayed three days and the room was not cleaned during my stay. The reception service is very nice and the pool is a very good place to hang out. The hotel very close to the Benito Juarez market... a little far from the beach.
J	José Alberto Sierra Suárez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las fotos hacen parecer q está medianamente bien, pero nada que ver, las puertas no cierran, se caen a pedazos, la regadera con una sola llave, así q solo agua fría al amanecer, quizá a media tarde que estuvo fuerte el sol salga medio tibia, pero deberían avisar que no cuentan con ningún método para siquiera tibiarte el agua por si te bañas pasando la madrugada q el agua sale helada. Las toallas como se ve en las fotos están en condiciones deplorables, muy muy muy mal y es una lastima estando en una ubicación no tan mala.
