I must admit that I was a bit reluctant at first with the idea of purchasing a domain via the internet from a company I had never dealt with in the past. However, my experience doing business with Huge Domains was nothing less than outstanding from the very beginning. Hay cabañas y habitaciones dentro del hotel. Ademas es bastante económico.
 Comfortable, central and pleasant place.
There are cabins and rooms inside the hotel. It is also quite inexpensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel con habitaciones normales y otras tipo cabañas. Dentro tiene una chimenea que mantiene un clima agradable en toda la estancia y las habitaciones. Tiene buena presión de agua caliente, salvo que por la noche el clima sea menor de 0 grados, pues en mi visita las tuberías se congelaron, a media mañana regresó la presión sin mayor problema.
It is a hotel with normal rooms and other cabins. Inside it has a fireplace that maintains a pleasant climate throughout the stay and the rooms. It has good hot water pressure, except that at night the climate is less than 0 degrees, because during my visit the pipes froze, by midmorning the pressure returned without much trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. En la habitación/cabaña 4, en las sábanas de ambas camas encontramos chinches, no sin antes que nos picaran en varias partes del cuerpo.
Nos reembolsaron nuestro dinero y después ofrecieron nos cambiaban de cuarto
Terrible attention. In room / cabin 4, on the sheets of both beds we found bed bugs, but not before they bit us in various parts of the body.
They reimbursed us our money and then they offered to change our rooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es muy céntrico, cerca de la terminal de autobuses y de la estación del tren.
Es un lugar cómodo y tranquilo para descansar, tienen 2 tipos de habitaciones, cabañas y cuartos, las primeras son muy amplias y las segunda aunque son más pequeñas nunca les falta el agua caliente
Debes considerar que en caso de helada las tuberías se congelan y en las cabañas no tendrás agua caliente, pero te prestan un lugar para bañarte sin problema
La atención de todo el personal es buena, sobre todo de Adriana
Las habitaciones son limpias y tienen calentón tanto de gas como de leña, así es que no pasarás frío, son flexibles ante comentarios
La administración es nueva !!! Muy bien de verdad y los costos son accesibles.
The hotel is very central, close to the bus terminal and the train station.
It is a comfortable and quiet place to rest, they have 2 types of rooms, cabins and rooms, the first are very spacious and the second although they are smaller they never lack hot water
You should consider that in case of frost the pipes freeze and in the cabins you will not have hot water, but they will give you a place to bathe without problem
The attention of all the staff is good, especially Adriana
The rooms are clean and have both gas and wood heating, so you will not get cold, they are flexible about comments
Management is new !!! Very good indeed and the costs are affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud de servicio de la encargada. Una persona grosera y altanera, solo porque se le solicito se hiciera el aseo de la habitación, derecho como huésped al contratar dos noches y pagar por adelantado. Sin duda nunca regresaré a esté pésimo hotel.
Terrible service attitude of the manager. A rude and haughty person, just because he was asked to clean the room, right as a guest by hiring two nights and paying in advance. I will certainly never return to this lousy hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservé desde junio para pasar año nuevo ahí a través de Booking "bloqueé" con mi tarjeta y se programó el pago.
Hoy me llegó un correo diciendo que "El hotel canceló mi reserva" llamé mil veces, mandé mensajes y NADA.
Claramente cancelaron mi reserva porque la adquirí con una buena tarifa en junio y ellos quieren vender la habitación más cara.
Me dejaron a unas semanas de mi viaje colgada, casi sin disponibilidad de hoteles en Creel y los que quedaban carísimos.
Terrible momento me hicieron pasar
I booked since June to spend the New Year there through Booking "I blocked" with my card and the payment was scheduled.
Today I received an email saying that "The hotel canceled my reservation" I called a thousand times, I sent messages and NOTHING.
They clearly canceled my reservation because I bought it at a good rate in June and they want to sell the most expensive room.
They left me hanging a few weeks after my trip, with almost no hotel availability in Creel and the ones that were very expensive.
Terrible moment they put me through
