It is a cosy place. Rooms and the hotel are according to the environment. Great for a weekend scape. People who attend the hotel are very kind & friendly.

Beautiful place... Not so good food

there is no privicy ! i could hear everyone outside ! it was not worth what we paid the water from the bathroom got out and went to our room and they did not moved us from the room they just took the water out and that was it ! its not worth it ! at all !!

Firstly, the location is fantastic, with an amazing view of the Peña with very quick access to the route to start climbing up. It is a 15 minute walk from the center of the town, but it is worth it for the peaceful location and the view. The hotel in general is very nicely furnished and decorated with a lot of stone. The rooms (we had a top floor room) are also very nicely decorated and comfortable, although it can get quite hot (in May) during the day and night. The rooms could probably do with some extra ventilation of some kind. There is also quite a lot of noise from the other rooms and the restaurant area. Overall the Hotel is very clean. Unfortunately, the restaurant is quite bad. We tried dinner one night which was just ok, and breakfast one morning which was terrible. At least it is not expensive. A hotel like this should definitely have much better food. The service in general was okay but nothing great and you would expect more from a hotel like this. Overall, I would have given this restaurant 4 stars if it either had great service or a decent restaurant (or even no restaurant at all!), and 5 stars if it had both.

Extremely comfy hotel. The building itself is unique and beautiful. The nights are very calm, the food delicious and they offer transport service to the airport or to Arkansas University, which is very convenient and considerably cheaper than other options. I recommend it completely.

Arriving at the hotel you feel like you have hit the Jackpot. The hotel looks like an adorable boutique hotel, with beautiful views and tastefully done. That is until you hit the reception and are greeted by an ill tempered receptionist who doesn’t give a… about your reservation. Our hotel key was not to be found, a fact that didn’t seem to bother anyone. We were then bundled off to our cellar room, which in my opinion does not comply with any building regulation, not even Mexican ones. The “window” was a glorified ventilation shaft that didn’t open. The lack of oxygen left me with a crushing headache the next day and before you ask I did not drink the day before or have a sun stroke. On top of that the decoration of the rooms was more shabby than chic, we had a safe that didn’t open, a woefully understocked mini bar, used toiletries, dirty beds and a all but non existent closet. If this was one of their mid range rooms, I hate to think… But not all was bad. A charming and extremely helpful Rogelio supply me with a delicious cup of coffee at 8 in the morning. The restaurant has wonderful views to the peña, because it’s open air. The location of the rest hotel is far from the hustle and bustle of the town. If all this hasn’t put you off make sure you book a room on the top floor and take a warm jacket or.come in the summer. That should make your experience very delightful.

Great views and close to the climbing official area. The rooms are clean and new but some of them quite small. Comfortable bed. Our check-in was delayed about 4 hours from the stated time. It's supposed to be a quite hotel, however due to new areas being built you can hear the workers, at night we couldn't rest as we wanted too because there was a group having a party at the hotel. Overall it's a niec hotel.
