Cómodo alojamiento, te dan cobijas de más por si tienes frío, impecable, te piden taxi si necesitas salir pero debes solicitar que tú boiler esté prendido porque si no te toca baño con agua fría ?

Very nice place, small well kept and clean and super friendly staff. It's right in the mountains and have a bit of a Switzerland feel to it. Only complain is that it is a bit expensive. No TV but WiFi is okay.

Definitely go for the junior sweet with the fireplace. It gets cold at night and that fireplace is key. Hot water was non existent for us.

We loved this hotel and the people that worked here! No one really spoke English but we were able to get by with our limited Spanish and they were very gracious. The hotel was about a thirty minute drive to both El Rosario and Chincua which were both amazing. The rooms are simple and clean. Pack warm clothes! It gets cold at night (we were here in February) and there isn't heat in the rooms. The courtyard is brightly painted and well maintained. In the afternoon they played beautiful spanish guitar music throughout the courtyard. The showers do get hot water but it is short lived. I wold turn it on get wet shampoo and rinse turn of the water while I soaped and did conditioner and by the time I turned it back on the water was hot again and I had enough to finish the shower. They provide plenty of towels soap and shampoo. The food was amazing! We are vegetarian and ate amazing three-four courses at every meal. A meal for four was usually around 350 pesos. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Clean, simple, friendly and affordable. Know That they do NOT accept credit card payments and you must pay in US or MEX cash. It can get chilly at night in Feb (32 F) and there is no heat. So bring socks and warm pjs!
