Si desea ejercitarse simplemente únase a los deportistas que estarán caminando o corriendo por el malecón a diferentes horas de la mañana y de la tarde-noche. A unos pasos se encuentran los lugares que no podrá dejar de visitar, como son: La Zona Dorada, la Gran Plaza y los bares de moda. Para su confort, el 80% de nuestras habitaciones tienen balcón con vista al mar y el resto vista a la laguna. Estamos a 35min del aeropuerto, a 5 min del estadio de Beisbol Teodoro Mariscal y a 5min de la zona dorada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this hotel. It has a nice pool with very warm water. We stayed in a jr suite and in a standard room. Both were very nice. The service is nice but they never have towels in the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could i would give this hotel a big ZERO, The worst service ever!!!!! I paid extra for an ocean view room. had a nice view but the room sucked. The safe did not work, only gave us 3 towels and check in 5 guests. Not to mentioned we tried the buffet downstairs and is the worst I have ever been to. To start off, they had us wait for like 30 mins to be seated and it was 10 am in the morning. Second, ones we were seated they took forever to bring us drinks, I literally had to get up myself and grab the stuff i need it because it seems that there was no servers. The food was terrible no taste and not even salt to try to give it a little flavor. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE....I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL COULD IT FIND A BETTER PLACE FOR THE SAME PRICE AND BETTER SERVICE...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roaches every day ? in the pictures it looked good but when we got our room we were disappointed. The beds are hard and the pillows kinda suck, there is no 24hr vacancy between guests and pretty much everyday in our 8day stay my husband has killed at least 1 cockroach. There is no hot water only lukewarm and the pool is home to a raccoon family. The only good thing is the cleaning staff, nice ladies that come by everyday to straighten out the rooms. Do not recommend staying here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel on the boardwalk. Great pool. Rooms at the back are quiet but have a view of the car park. Rooms at the front have fantastic ocean views but are noisy. There is a lot of traffic and taxis playing loud music well after midnight. Slightly disappointed that I didn't see the racoons another reviewer mentioned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jr. suite is expensive but old, rusty and stinky bathrooms since there is no exhaust. Food and Room service were the only good thing otherwise reception is unfriendly and rigid for no reason. Also they knocked at 8.30 am to say check out while real check out is at 11. they say checkin is at 3pm but it was actually 4pm. Never going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Older, very popular hotel on the strip with updated rooms. Question the cleanliness as our sheets had sand in them before we went to the beach. Very loud oceanfront room, recommend the lakeside for quiet. Excellent staff! Excellent restaurant too!
