I think that the photos of the rooms are misleading. I stayed here for 1 night and I'm very glad I did. Room are spacious, no doubt on that but they are very outdated. The restroom was the worst! Water damage on the ceiling and the shower was disgusting! I was very disappointed with my stay here.

What boosts my review up to 3 stars is the exceptional service I received by Armando and the receptionists. I feel I have found it hard to find a hotel with employees that actually have great customer service skills. Other than that, I was a little underwhelmed by our room. It just looked pretty rundown. The curtains could've used a wash, the thick grey plastic curtain behind the light cloth ones had rips in them and could also have used a good clean. There was a hole on one of the floor board panels, the furniture had chipping paint as well as the walls, and the sink in the bathroom was loose and wobbly, and later while showering I found some grime on the sliding door. Thankfully I paid a discounted price of 700 something pesos and not the original 1200 something pesos it originally costs, because it would definitely not have been worth it. I think for 1200+ you can probably find something of better value nearby. Props to Armando and the receptionists, but all of the details I mentioned in the room just made me feel like I wasn't sleeping in a clean bed. I also don't know how often the windows on the outside are cleaned but they also looked a little grimey :/ I ended up just wanting to leave the curtains closed.

My experience had been incredible in the hotel, until I realized that I lacked money, I left dollars in the room, among my things and unfortunately whoever does the cleaning stole it. Super sad about this situation

This hotel was probably 4 stars at some point, many years ago... but now it is more of a 2 stars based on how dated it feels. I give it 3 stars because the rooms are huge and very clean. It is minimalistic and simple. The shower has good hot water and the WiFi works great.

This definitely feels like a 3-star hotel, but for the service, I’d highly recommend this as an affordable place to stay in Mexico City. The good: 1. Customer service is unbelievable. Thank you so much to the staff, especially Carlos who was always there to help us at reception with requesting new towels and even printing a document in emergency. Thank you to the cleaning staff for restocking our rooms and tidying up the sheets. Thank you, thank you. 2. The water pressure was great. 3. Wifi speed is awesome. The bad (aka areas for improvement): 1. A/C was quite weak, but just barely enough to keep us cool during the night. 2. The hair dryer was weak and ended up not using it after trying. 3. Wished they had toothpaste & slippers. Asked on the first day and they didn’t have any, but I guess I can’t expect too many amenities for a 3-star hotel. All in all, a 3 star hotel with a 5-star service to the cleaning staff and Carlos especially. Thanks for the stay!

Two stars hotel! Real pictures speaking by themselves. Not as nice as the ones from official site. Reality isn’t as nice as they show.

Excellent service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Tours driver outside of the hotel, Don Alfredo, what an amazing person willing to assist and protect the guests as there locals nearby willing to take advantage of the foreigners. I Highly recommend this hotel and the service, super clean, super nice, delicious food. Couldn't ask for more.

Good value for money. Get the rate from their direct website. You’ll get an even cheaper rate with breakfast buffete included, eatable but not delightful. Rooms are old but clean; linens and towels are changed daily. Friendly staff. Unbeatable location. Unfortunately the construction site across the street works 24/7 so you might want to ask for room that does not face the street . Staff are extra friendly but they are poorly paid (not exclusive to this hotel but to the hospitality industry) so staff survives on tips and it was sad to know that this hotel caters to Peruvians who are not used to tipping their waiter who was catering at breakfast. So if you stay here or anywhere in MEXICO please tip!
