★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece un buen lugar pero algo cara la estancia en temporada baja, están trabajando para ampliar el negocio y eso me dió gusto, se esmeran en ofrecer un buen servicio y no son groseros los empleados, hay zona verde, cuentan con agua caliente pero no te ofrecen un desayuno o por lo menos el servicio de restaurante el cual está anunciado junto con el hotel.
El cuarto limpio, amplio y de buen aspecto.
 I think it's a good place but something expensive the stay in the off-season, they are working to expand the business and that gave me pleasure, they try to offer a good service and the employees are not rude, there is a green area, they have hot water but not They offer you a breakfast or at least the restaurant service which is advertised along with the hotel.
The clean room, spacious and good looking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En enero tuvimos un evento de 30 personas en el hotel, nos prestaron varios salones y sus jardines para nuestras sesiones. Fue increible, el personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. El Hotel tiene unas vistas muy padres, donde puedes observar los distintos colores de la peña a diferentes horas. Desde mi habitación se veia la peña super cerca.
In January we had an event of 30 people at the hotel, they lent us several rooms and their gardens for our sessions. It was incredible, the staff were very attentive and always ready to help us. The Hotel has great views, where you can see the different colors of the rock at different times. From my room you could see the rock super close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un hotel bien ubicado muy cerca del centro, pero alejado del bullicio,así que tendrás tranquilidad por la noche con una vista espectacular de la Peña si es que piden habitación con vista. Muy amplias las habitaciones. Cuenta con varias terrazas y con un jardín escondido precioso y muy íntimo. Precio es razonable para lo que ofrece y esta última vez que visite Peña vi que estaban haciendo más habitaciones. Contra: falta que tenga aire acondicionado, para las noches que hace frío y cuando hace mucho calor.

Price is reasonable for what it offers and this last time I visited Peña I saw that they were making more rooms. Against: lack of air conditioning, for cold nights and when it is very hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La temática es muy genial me gustó mucho todo de piedra tipo castillo, a muy buen precio y muy cerca del centro de Bernal a tan solo dos cuadras, la atención exelente, y las habitaciones con vista a la peña, el jardín muy bonito

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención de la encargada al parecer es hija de la dueña. Mala actitud, muy prepotente y grosera... Se le entregaron habitaciones en el horario indicado y en buenas condiciones. Y ya nos estaba corriendo desde antes... No lo recomiendo...
Terrible attention from the manager apparently is the daughter of the owner. Bad attitude, very arrogant and rude ... Rooms were given to him at the indicated time and in good condition. And he was already running us from before ... I do not recommend it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a stunning building, with basic but comfortable rooms. They have family rooms with 3 beds, which is a bonus if you are travelling with kids. Bedding is comfortable, although there is no heating or A/C in the room. TV did not work correctly. Walking distance to most things in Bernal, including the Peña.
