K	Karina G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent! The host were very kind and accommodating, for the price it was a nice stay with clean rooms and it's in the middle of downtown and close to the lagoon, there's a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. All in all a good stay, we'll come back again!

M	MrNoName38925 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was OK. The rooms are very silent and dark, super comfortable for sleeping. Only problem was the bathroom that stunk sometimes and had mould on some walls and tiles. Would probably not come back.

Just like in all the greeting cards hahaha Hosts were amazing and I felt very cared for. I would definitely go there again and highly recommend this little slice of heaven. Thank you Ariza fam!
I	Ibiza Inbox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very nice, rooms are big and very clean and the garden area is cool for breakfast. 24h reception makes you feel safer. Good WIFI. The location is perfect, just a few steps away from everything. The staff is extremely helpful. Adrián made us feel like home and helped us sorting out all the activities while in Bacalar. When we left we forgot a couple of things in the hotel and he arranged for it to get dropped off back in Tulum for us at no extra cost at all. The best costumer service ever! Totally coming back!!!
