Lo malo sus políticas de estancia no te dan llave de la habitación, te cierran la puerta de entrada y salida del hotel. Y lo peor que no tuvieron la llave de un cuarto de los dos que rentamos por lo que nuestras cosas se quedaron toda la noche en un cuarto que no utilizamos y tuvimos que compartir un cuarto con nuestros hijos toda la noche y al día siguiente no hubo compensación ni una disculpa por parte de los dueños del hotel por el incidente. Lo que habla mal de su actitud al servicio al cliente.
In price it is good per night and the facilities are agreed to the price. The downside their stay policies do not give you a room key, they close the entrance and exit doors of the hotel. And the worst thing that they did not have the key to one of the two rooms that we rented, so our things stayed all night in a room that we did not use and we had to share a room with our children all night and the next day there was no compensation or an apology from the hotel owners for the incident. Which speaks ill of their attitude to customer service.
