★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible el servicio, deberían poner atención a la señora que atiende en las mañanas, mal trato a los clientes y te pone cara como si los servicios fueran gratis.
Me trató de sacar antes de la hora según porque tenían que hacer limpieza, ya había pagado.
No se los recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar no se por que le llaman hotel a cuartos sin acabar sin tapa en el wc los azulejos del baño rotos la pintura de la habitación cayéndose a pedazos las camas con resortes salidos.... Lleno de chinches me picaron todo el cuerpo. No vayas a estos lugares mejor busca otro tipo de alojamiento.
Terrible place I do not know why they call a hotel to unfinished rooms without cover in the toilet the broken bathroom tiles the paint in the room falling apart the beds with springs coming out .... Full of bedbugs they bit my whole body. Do not go to these places, better look for another type of accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen hotel, es seguro y limpio. Lo que no me gusta es que no existe un reglamento que esté a la vista y una de las personas que atienden quería asignar nuestra habitación a otras personas aún cuando no se nos había vencido, y no habíamos declarado que ya no seguiríamos usándola.
It's a good hotel, it's safe and clean. What I don't like is that there is no regulation in sight and one of the attendants wanted to assign our room to other people even though it hadn't expired on us, and we hadn't declared that we wouldn't be using it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un hotel de los peores que hay en Jaltenango, sus instalaciones ya están en condiciones deplorables y el servicio que brinda el personal es malisimo, las habitaciones presentan bastantes desperfectos y lo peor de todo, esta sucio (anexo foto de la cortina)
One of the worst hotels in Jaltenango, its facilities are already in deplorable conditions and the service provided by the staff is terrible, the rooms have quite a few flaws and worst of all, it is dirty (attached photo of the curtain)
