★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La vista del hotel es muy bonita, pero, le falta mantenimiento al lugar, en algunos cuartos se veía el moho. No hay wifi en los cuartos, no hay aire acondicionado, el precio es bueno.
Podría mejorar solo con el mantenimiento ?
 The view of the hotel is very nice, but, the place lacks maintenance, in some rooms you could see mold. There is no wifi in the rooms, there is no air conditioning, the price is good.
Could improve just with maintenance ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene una vista increíble pero el servicio y las instalaciones pueden mejorar, yo cuando fui tenia poco de haber sufrido un derrumbe y se cayo parte de la alberca, incluso había un camión torton que también se cayó, comparto la foto de la evidencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es recomendable, si pueden enviarlo mejor , no tienen lista de precios lo cambian a cada momento los precios muy elevados para el tipo de hotel , las camas muy duras , sábanas y sobrecamas sucias , el baño hay arañas , en las habitaciones 7 y 8 , el olor es horrible e insoportable , lo único rescatable son las personas que te atienen .
It is not recommended, if they can send it better, they do not have a price list, they change it at all times, very high prices for the type of hotel, very hard beds, dirty sheets and bedspreads, the bathroom has spiders, in rooms 7 and 8 , the smell is horrible and unbearable , the only redeemable thing is the people who take care of you .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy caro el hotel y no te ofrece muchas cosas desde la experiencia del principio me dijeron que 850 pesos por noche para cuatro personas fui a comer y cuando regrese me cambiaron el costo por 1000 pesos y eso por qué según había vista, la cuál estaba toda mal en primer lugar no hay tele la recepción es mala no hay wifi ni en recepción ni en los cuartos. Los colchones están súper viejitos y tiene mucho ruido no hay una seguridad no hay agua caliente, aire acondicionado además de que las cortinas estaban sucias y rotas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un hotel en tan privilegiada ubicación, con una vista panorámica hermosísima, merece estar mucho más cuidado y acreditado de lo que está. Cierto, es económico, pero en Zacatlán encontramos un hotel con precio similar y mucho, mucho mejor.
Las sábanas no se cambian, las colchas menos, de manera que la habitación huele mal por esa falta de aseo; en el baño, el agua de la regadera se esparce por todo el piso, se encharca y no se va; las ventanas de la regadera están rotas; no hay ni un ventilador de pie; la televisión es decorativa pues no hay botones para ajustar canal o sonido y no proporcionan control remoto; el colchón es más viejo que el tiempo. Para colmo, unos huéspedes decidieron contratar un trío de huapangueros, por lo que debimos escuchar las melodías y los zapateados hasta altas horas de la noche sin que nadie les dijera nada.
Lástima, tiene un gran potencial. Ojalá decidan invertir para que sus huéspedes los recomienden.

The sheets are not changed, the bedspreads less so, so that the room smells bad due to that lack of cleanliness; in the bathroom, the water from the shower spreads all over the floor, puddles and does not go away; shower windows broken; there is not even a standing fan; TV is decorative as there are no buttons to adjust channel or sound and they don't provide remote control; the mattress is older than time. To make matters worse, some guests decided to hire a trio of huapangueros, so we had to listen to the melodies and the footwork until late at night without anyone saying anything to them.
Too bad, it has great potential. I hope they decide to invest so that their guests recommend them.
