★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful keep away. The staff are so rude both restaurants were horrible and expensive. Never have I given a bad review but this one takes the cake, probably won't be returning to such a beautiful place Cancun due to my experience at this hotel.Actually had roaches inside the room coming from behind the mini fridge when I confronted the front desk they were so rude about this never once did I see a hotel manager even after asking for one also never received an apology the employees stance was not all sympathetic. Nice way to keep the guest away and they absolutely need a training in customer care and hospitality. I will gladly teach them how to be professionals when dealing with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend to any of my friends. This place looks beautiful in the pictures but when we arrived it was less than so. The entry was clean, and the concierge was friendly but tried to push us into a timeshare immediately. We had not even checked in. The rooms are clean but less than what we were told they would be. We reserved a king size swim up suite but received a swim up suite with 2 double beds. They told us we had no other option, not even if we upgraded. We as a couple, were unable to sleep in that size bed together. The entire hotel has 4 options to eat at total. 1 available for breakfast through dinner(a buffet with 10-15 items to choose from), 1 available breakfast through dinner with reservations, and two that are open from 11 to 6. The food at the buffet was nearly unedible, the taco place was decent, and the pizza place was okay. The restaurant that you would need to make reservations at was the best, but not even a 2 star. The"open bar" that should come with an all-inclusive was less than open. Most days you had 1 choice of beer, it may be dark, it may be a light, may be out of the tap and maybe out if a can that was poured into a cup. All lightly chilled but not cold and refreshing. When asking for a mixed drink, be prepared to get what you get and not throw a fit. Oh, and the bar closes at 11. There were many times we were told no to simple requests like an additional bottle of water. 2 small bottles were provided with a room cleaning. If you're looking for a fun time with activities, you're not going to find it here. The best part of this resort was the massage. It was $45 for a 1 hour massage. You were by the ocean and can hear the waves as you're having your massage. The ladies were wonderful! Thankfully, we were with a great group of friends and were able to make it a great trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must have stayed in a different hotel to these people. The hotel is very clean and a great location especially for its own beach. I never once came across an unfriendly member of staff and all were only to pleased to help. Check in was quick and efficient.
Room was very clean with air con. I only stayed b&b as I did a few day trips but had no trouble getting drinks from the bar in the evening. Very good restaurants nearby on the lagoon with the occasional visiting crocodile. The only down side was the service at the pool bar. On the odd day I stayed at the hotel, there was only 1 member of staff serving at the pool bar and I think it was a bit overwhelming for him but that didn't really spoil my visit.
Yes the breakfast wasn't the usual full English but come on people, you are visiting a different country. Embrace the local food. If you want a full English everyday, go to Blackpool or stay at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best stay we have had! It was the most relaxing stay. The whole staff was incredibly amazing and so attentive to everything we needed! The bartenders Santiago and Jorge were amazing. We were in a room with a swim up pool which was incredible with an awesome view of the beach. A total 10/10 stay would definitely go back. It’s a very relaxing resort with public huts and beach chairs for use. The food at the restaurants was very good, and amazing restaurants within walking distance if you want something different. The maintenance and housekeeping team kept everything up to par and very clean! Thank you thank thank you to the whole staff!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located by the beach which is so lovely! Sun beds were always available. Great views from both sides of rooms. Delicious food, drinks. Lovely staff!
Good pool area. Great for walks by the beach and it's a short bus ride to town, you can even walk there and enjoy the views.
We had a really good time in Flamingo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location and friendly local staff but language is a barrier if you do not speak Spanish. It is all inclusive and very good value for money but as we stayed for a week and open buffet had limited options, we got bored so we tried the other local restaurants in the area a few times.
They take hygiene very seriously during the pandemic which we appreciated. Our room and common areas were cleaned thoroughly every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for two weeks. We did not have all inclusive though so I don’t know about the food. Amazing beach with lots of sunbeds! The pools are good too. Overall a nice hotel.
But the room was not very nice. It was a fan and not an air conditioner in the room so it got very humid and therefore had a weird smell. If the hotel were not by the beach it would probably have cost not even half of what it does.
I would still recommend it because of the beach and that it is affordable compared to other hotels near by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a reason this hotel is much cheaper then the other hotels in Cancun. I've stayed there in the month of December 2021. To make it fair, I'll include the negative and the positive.
Let's start with the Bad stuff:
1. Check in took 4 hours. We arrived at around 2:30pm, they told us to come back in 30 minutes to get our keys. We then came back and we had to stand in line AGAIN to get the keys. At which point the room was not ready. They did that to us 6 times. Every time we had to stand in line after we already chatted with them and telling us that the room will be ready in 30 minutes.
2. The food, is just whatever. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. I'm not sure why I even paid for it. It would have been much better to go to Cancun the city and get food and then come back.
3. The next day after I checked in to my hotel, I called the front desk to get extra coffee for my room. I did it 3 times, and I still did not get coffee to my room. I had to go to the front desk to get it myself.
The Good stuff:
1. There's only one that I can think of, and that's the hotel's location and the beach. It's beautiful and very easy to access from the hotel.
To summarize, if you're cool getting a cheap hotel with extremely annoying service, but great beaches, stay there. Otherwise be warned.
