★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio del personal. El hotel está totalmente remodelado y con cómodas habitaciones, a sólo 3 cuadras de la plaza principal, categral y el palacio de gobierno. El wifi no es de lo mejor y el agua de la alberca está helada.
 Excellent service from the staff. The hotel is completely remodeled and with comfortable rooms, just 3 blocks from the main square, the cathedral and the government palace. The wifi is not the best and the water in the pool is freezing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio por parte de las personas encargadas de la reserva. Se equivocaron en la fecha y tuve que pagar por un error que no fue mío. Te comentan de supuestos descuentos por temporada y al final es más barato reservando en mejores lugares.
Bad service by the people in charge of the reservation. They were wrong on the date and I had to pay for an error that was not mine. They tell you about supposed discounts per season and in the end it is cheaper by booking in better places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel muy bonito en el centro de Merida, sin duda una excelente opcion si vistas la ciudad y quieres hospedarte en el centro historico. Las hbitaciones son buenas. Tiene restaurante y un pequeño centro de negocios. Recomendable para viajes en familia.
Very nice hotel in the center of Merida, without a doubt an excellent option if you see the city and want to stay in the historic center. The rooms are good. It has a restaurant and a small business center. Recommended for family trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito hotel ubicado en el centro de la ciudad de merida. Personal amable. Fui para un evento de trabajo. El salon donde fue el evento tiene el tamaño justo, es algo oscuro cuando solo se quiere la iluminacion interior, eso facilita las presentaciones pero dificulta un poco ver algunos detalles como lecturas de documentos y los 4 pilares en su interior estorban un poco, dependiendo de las actividades a realizar. Los bocadillos y la comida estuvieron riquisimos, preparados en el estaurante del hotel, muy buen sabor, el pan dulce recien hecho es delicioso, el cafe un poco cargado pero nada que no solucione un vaso con agua. Excelente lugar.
Nice hotel located in the center of the city of Merida. Friendly staff. I went for a work event. The room where the event was held is just the right size, it is somewhat dark when you only want interior lighting, that makes presentations easier but makes it a bit difficult to see some details such as document readings and the 4 pillars inside get in the way a bit, depending on the activities to be carried out. The sandwiches and the food were delicious, prepared in the hotel room, very good flavor, the freshly made sweet bread is delicious, the coffee a bit heavy but nothing that a glass of water would not solve. Excellent place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para hospedarse, con vistas a la ciudad. Se encuentra en el centro de Mérida por lo que todo está cerca del hotel. Tiene un gimnasio, alberca y salones para realizar juntas y conferencias. Un restaurante con comida buena, aunque a veces simple. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, con escritorio, cafetera, caja de seguridad y servicios de lavandería y despertador. El personal es amable y respetuoso.
Excellent place to stay, overlooking the city. It is located in the center of Mérida so everything is close to the hotel. It has a gym, pool and rooms for meetings and conferences. A restaurant with good food, although sometimes simple. Spacious and comfortable rooms, with a desk, coffee maker, safe and laundry and wake-up services. The staff are friendly and respectful.
