★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed one night here, but came back a few weeks later to enjoy the pool and kill a few hours and wait for my flight to leave. The food was great, A/c in the room, very affordable (except the drinks at the pool at night weren't very strong for what they charged.) During the day, it is great place to hang out, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a very disappointing experience. The place looks nice from the outside, however, the rooms seem to be old, and with lack of maintenance. The floor, the sheets, and towels looked dirty. The staff was okay, but it seemed like they gave us the noisiest room. I didn't read other reviews about bed bugs, now I'm very concerned about that. I do not recommend this place, sorry...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed a few nights on my last leg of my vacation. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed laying out by the pool and having a few drinks. Didn't get to eat the food, but it did look good. The coffee next door to the hotel was exactly what I needed in the mornings. Hotel room was clean, tv channels were extensive, and the water pressure was on point. If I'm back in Merida I would hands down stay here again. For the price you get way more tin comfort and accommodations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is 5 minutes away from the airport. It has a beautiful pool, a convenient restaurant inside the hotel, and the rooms, although not luxurious, they have the essentials, TV, a safe box, iron/iron board. Definitely a place where you can bring your family, and convenient if you're on a business trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's cheap, and the food and drinks at the restaurant is fine. Otherwise the rooms are not the cleanest and in no way renovated and they have a bunch of weird rules. Also the neighborhood is a bit shady and run down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay at this location. It’s not the place but the staff that made my stay so comfortable and convenient. Every question I had, they answered. Everything I needed was delivered. They take pride in delivering excellent customer service and I appreciate everyone of their staff from the front desk, the lovely restaurant staff to the housekeeping staff. It is a beautiful setting and a lovely and well cared for facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go here. Worst service in history. Staff is very untrained. Running around with 6 - 8 people while all doing not that much. It's chaotic, they forget orders and 80% from the menu is missing. Only 1 person at the reception. This hacienda has had better times. Its only benefit is it has a giant pool, but that's about it.
