This place is bang for the money. We loved our stay. Place is amazing and lots of birds to see. Only problem was window had bit of flimsy curtain which scares that someone could peek in and see. But once you shut off light it was not a problem. But still. I think that's the only problem. But hopefully management can make change. Overall we loved the place!!!

Great hotel with comfortable rooms. The food is yum and the owners are nice. A bit isolated so I recommend having a car. Or they organise lifts to the center for 200 pesos.

Very peaceful and relaxing place away from the city life and crazy people. The staff was very friendly and the food was very delicious and flavourful.

After drove on Tulum beach road with uncountness potholes we came to the hotel. We like it off the busy road in quiet setting. The room is huge and bedding is good and clean. The shower's water is strong. We also ate our dinner at its restaurant. Fajita steak is very good. Everything looks new but need a little artistic touch.

I had my laptop bag with laptop, numerous accessories, cash and passport stolen from this hotel immediately after checking in. After getting my bag into the room, and closing the door, I went to the bathroom for a few minutes and by the time I came out of the bathroom, my bag was gone. I went to the hotel manager (Marlene) immediately asking her to call the cops which she refused and insisted that the bag can’t get stolen from her hotel. She said i should go to the police station if I wanted to report the loss, which I did. After I checked out 2 days later, I sent her a WhatsApp message asking her to check with her staff and try and return my stuff for a “reward”. She got all defensive and attacked me instead of doing the right thing and also blocked me on WhatsApp. If you’re a foreigner and don’t speak Spanish, you’re very vulnerable here. There’s only a few CCTV cameras installed on the premises cover only a few areas. Best to stay away from this hotel if you don’t want to experience a nightmare like mine.

The ambiance and wholehearted service here made for a wonderful stay. We loved the lush, classic colonial atrium style. Beds was very comfortable. Finishes not perfect but very clean place. Tiles felt heated for a cozy touch.
