We arrived at this hotel to find the pool was closed for renovations, we had booked online and it had with Expedia which had said there was a pool. After talking to the hotel they agreed to provide a refund and notified Expedia of this, it has now been over 3 weeks and the refuse to issue a refund.
We stayed in 22 hotels in Mexico with no problems only this one, I would not stay here cen when the pool is finished.
