★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the price the location is great. It's not super fancy, but the rooms have air conditioning and a mini fridge. In the little lobby area there is a microwave and water dispenser. It does not not have an elevator, so if someone has issues with stairs they would need something on the first floor. There was a little ramp next to the two stairs that are at the entrance. The owners were friendly and helped me with questions several times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is very good, especially if something is not right and you day so in an online post. Our missing hot water was worked on until it was fixed, which was all we asked for. This is a charming inexpensive place in a really good location in town. Unless you do not like street noise. Our room #105 had 2 balconies. And 2 additional windows. No need for air con as far as we were concerned, it was heavenly.
