★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My best friend was staying in an other hotel wanted to join me for breakfast but they didnt let him in.Because it is a rule! And it was very early morning and there were no any open places close to hotel, he had to back his hotel. If its a very important rule and they cant change it even for once, how they will stop someone enter the hotel when there is nobody at reception.Because before this day my friend came to pick me up around 9pm,door was open, there were nobody. So anyone could come in? Other than this i like everything. My room was so clean, breakfast is enough and the guy in the restaurant so friendly.Bathroom is huge and new.Sometimes it smells funny but i think its same all in Tulum. There are bikes avaliable for rent. You can easily go to beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is perfect, the hotel is well designed, and the breakfast is generous. The hotel was badly let down for us by the staff on the front desk, especially the older guy who was so rude. We felt like he didn’t want to be working with guests. The woven wardrobe/headboard doors in the rooms have gone mouldy and the smell of damp was strong in the room, otherwise the room would have been lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a group of 6 people stay at the hotel
For 7 nights! The front desk staff and breakfast/cleaning service staff were extremely nice and helpful! The lady at the front desk gave us great recommendations for food in the area. She would also call cabs for us and called a doctor for me when I needed it. We were able to rent bikes for CAD $7 a day for the entire trip. The breakfast was the best part of the hotel experience! A great plate of fruit, baguette, jam, eggs (3 different options) or pancakes, coffee and fruit juice. The outdoor patio is beautiful! The rooms were big and all have king size beds and patios. The tv is a smart tv and has Netflix. The location was A 3 minute walk from the main strip of restaurants and shops. Every night street vendor opened up outside of the hotel around dinner time and we got churros almost every night! Always felt
Safe as we walked through the community centre down the street every night where many families hang out in the evening. Very safe part of the town! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a brand new hotel that has spacious rooms with private balconies and nice organic amenities. There is no beautiful view in particular as the hotel is located in the middle of the town. Our room had everything we needed, except a fridge, but since it's a new property they might add one in the future. The only thing is the hotel felt more like an 'airbnb'. There is no one constantly at the front desk. Overall it is a good option if you are in Tulum and have a car to drive around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The look of hotel is amazing. Reception was not very helpful. The room looks good but the bed was very low quality.
The mattress was the worst mattress I have ever seen. The blanket was very bad. Air conditioning was very bad. The bath room floor does not have a right slope to get the water out. All water goes to toilet area. Our room was the first floor and we saw millipede in our room.
The breakfast was very simple. They don’t have tea. The coffee was always cold. The only good point about the breakfast was fruit plate and fruit juice.
In website they mentioned about parking but they don’t have it.
I believe with this price you can find a better quality. It did not worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the best stay here recently February 2020. Very accommodating, close to all restaurants and shops. Bikes on property we rented for the entire stay upon arrival for the 6 of us, BEST way to get around town and to the beach. (30 min bike ride) Breakfast was very good and filling, everyone seemed to think the beds were not comfortable.. I liked them, I thought they were comfortable and slept well! A little noisy at night but you are located in the heart of Tulum City, on a busy corner with lots of activities going on next door.
