★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great! Rooms are nice however the bed only has a sheet for cover and if you need a clothes iron there are none. Can be noisy outside the room in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a golf cart here and got a price of $15 an hour, which is the least expensive fee you will be charged in the island.. . No hiding fee, or anything else to be concerned. Our driving license was keep until we returned the car, and no problem was encountered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and clear hotel. Situated in the center of downtown, all is near, beach, shops, trips. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Breakfast is good for this price (toast, jam, fruit, water).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner and staff are nice. My room was super basic. Just understand that you’ll have a view of an alley and noise all night. But on the plus side your close to all the bars! I found a place by the beach for the same price and included breakfast and snorkeling/kayaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel informed us 4 hours before check in that they could not longer accommodate us. No reason given, just cancelled. No other hotels available on Isla Mujeres (a small island). Not impressed at all. Booking.com did their best to assist, but no options available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passable hotel located in the busy area of Playa Norte, 1 min to the pub street and 5 min to the beach. I would have rated it higher if we didn't have problems with the hot water and if bathroom was in a better condition. Bathroom very outdated with holes between the tiles which looked unpleasant, missing shower cabin door resulted in water leaking in the whole bathroom. Staff was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. Upgraded to a suite. Had to share a king with a friend instead of 2 beds but nice room. Exhaust stink from the cart rental place underneath starts at 9 am. Cant enjoy the deck...but overall. Nice hotel, good location. Toast fruit and coffee offered at 8 am, but be there early or its gone.
