p	philsurfbum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic but clean and central. Would have given 4 stars exept for the lazy front desk fellow who refused to give us extra toilet paper on our third night of stay. He was an exception though as all other staff were very helpful.
D	Dario Šišul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, three stars are too much because room was for 1 star... matress is like paper, water pressure is low, and complete room is poor...and price is higher than some better hotels... but other two stars are for lady who worked here! She is very kind, and speak good english! She help us a lot and give us right infos about food and other things we needed! Men who was with her on reception was also nice and cool guy! Its also great because we have nice parking included! If you come like we at 11pm without reservation in Tulum city, you will be happy if you find someone who speak english!

There was water on the floor that I had to dry on my own, I told the agent at the reception but he did not repair it, the bathroom was very uncomfortable and water came out of the floor, there was a lot of noise, the room had no remote control. I did not want a luxury hotel for that price, but functional and clean.

R	Rhea Lotiff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing at all like the photos. Needs a desperate makeover. Had to settle on the 3rd room we looked at because the windows didn't lock. During the night didn't get no sleep. Drunk loud tenants laughing at 3am and making a racket. Only good thing is the location is near ADO. We couldn't wait to get out of Tulum!
