RESERVE I SAID THE SRA HAS UP TO ONE MONTH TO DEPOSIT, FRAME AND IT RESULTS THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION AND FOR BEING PARTIES I WANT TO OBLIGAR TO BOOK 3 DAYS !!! Lo demás todo bien. No tiene aire acondicionado o calefacción tampoco. Es verdad que es limpio, muy céntrico y a la vez alejado del ruido. Pero podrían mejorar mucho la atención a los huéspedes. La Sra (que supongo es la dueña) no es nada amable, es hasta grosera con el trato. Gracias a los que llegamos tiene su hotel y creo que a veces se le olvida. Cada año decimos que no volveremos pero como llevamos a personas mayores que no pueden caminar mucho terminamos ahí. Mi comentario no es para espantar huéspedes. La intención es que los dueños lo lean y mejoren esto. For 33 years my family and I have been going to Talpa and for about 10 years we came to this hotel. It is true that it is clean, very central and at the same time away from noise. But they could improve a lot the attention to the guests. The lady (who I assume is the owner) is not friendly at all, is even rude with the treatment. Thanks to those of us who have arrived, he has his hotel and I think that sometimes he forgets. Every year we say that we will not return but since we take elderly people who cannot walk much we end up there. My comment is not to scare guests away. The intention is that the owners read it and improve this.
