Teníamos una reserva pagada para 12 personas hace un mes hecha y ese mismo día nos dicen que nos reubican en otro hotel a las afueras , les decimos que no porque teníamos a la otra mitad del grupo en otro hotel cerca y nos dicen que de acuerdo, llegamos a las diez de la noche y no nos dejan entrar con unos modales impresentables . La encaragada Tania Mendez nos trata fatal , una prepotente. Llamamos a la policía nos da la razón pero nos dicen que no podemos hacer nada. En fin se aprovechan de los turistas, te amargan las vacaciones y vaya forma de tratarte, habíamos pagado ya, juegan con la gente.

We had a paid reservation for 12 people a month ago made and that same day they tell us that we are relocated to another hotel on the outskirts, we say no because we had the other half of the group in another hotel nearby and they tell us that okay, We arrive at ten at night and they don't let us in with unpresentable manners. The stubborn Tania Mendez treats us fatal, a arrogant. We call the police, they agree, but they tell us that we cannot do anything. In short, they take advantage of tourists, they make your holidays bitter and what a way to treat you, we had already paid, they play with people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nostra recensione si rifà ad in periodo precedente la attuale gestione in quanto era un ottimo albergo non particolarmente grande ma molto accogliente e molto pulito. Aveva una piscina molto bella attorniata da un ambiente di piante e piccole palme tropicali. I gestori sono sempre stati molto gentili e ci siamo trovati veramente a nostro agio.
le foto sono di molto tempo indietro. Le abbiamo ritrovate da un backup ed aggiunte per il caro ricordo di un bellissimo viaggio in una grande e poliedrica nazione dove abbiamo trovato persone gentili è sorridenti.
Our review refers to a period prior to the current management as it was an excellent hotel, not particularly large but very welcoming and very clean. It had a very nice swimming pool surrounded by an environment of plants and small tropical palm trees. The managers have always been very kind and we found ourselves really at ease.
the photos are a long time behind. We found them from a backup and additions for the dear memory of a beautiful trip to a great and multifaceted nation where we found kind and smiling people.
