★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff members were horrible. We felt like we were intruding. No one was nice to us and if they knew ANY English they didn’t use it. The night desk man was rude to both of us, my friends first trip to Mexico. We left after the first night, left a note on the front desk as no one had been staffing the desk all morning. I followed up with two emails and got NO response. We have tried to get the two unused nights refunded but again NO One is paying attention. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I ever go back. If zero stars was available I’d be choosing it. We were ripped off!!! I will continue my disappointment going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time staying at this hotel - definitely one of our favorites in Ajijic! The service is top-notch (though admittedly knowing some Spanish is very helpful). Rooms are super comfy and quiet as well as being a short walk from nearly everything!
